I love Sundays. That's because Sundays are always DADDY DAYS!
That means that I usually spend the day doing fun stuff with Hugo and Charlie while Mummy looks after Rupert.
This Sunday we went to a park...
And set the place alight with our 'giant matches'!
Then we went home and had a lengthy discussion regarding the possible presence of fire in the volcano, and whether baby fox could reside within its confines...
had a go on the trampoline...
Then mummy came up with yet another brilliant craft idea. Faces cut out from old photos and stuck on paper with the freedom to be whoever you want to be. Charlie wanted to be very very tall, all the way up the ceiling like this...
And, after drawing a body in green the bottom right corner, Hugo decided that he needed long arms that later were joined together to become not arms at all, followed by a new body and very long legs in orange...
Their artistic talent is of maternal heritance...

This was followed by some building (digging) to help ensure progress continued with the 'treehouse'

Whoops! Hugo was cutting brambles and...

But that didn't stop us, we had mountains to climb...

and then we had to fix the garage door (hammering posts into the ground to stop it falling open and spilling our log supply, the car was used to ram the door shut!)

All in a day's work!
